Match report Eight Ash Green the visitors on a breezy potentially rain affected afternoon at rectory road therefore game was shortened to 40 overs. With half the regular side on holi day stand in skipper Rich won the toss and chose to bat. Wickets were lost regular intervals due to a combination of loose shots and bad LBW decisions. Pedro looked very comfortable back opening the innings and his 74 runs were very much needed. As was Matt W's unbeaten 36. The only two to make doule figures. 42 handy extras saw the innings end on 186-7

In reply the green stayed ahead of the required rate meaning it was very difficult to apply pressure onto the batsmen. This resulted in wickets being tough to come by and Eight Ash Green took minimal risk in chasing down the under par total set for them. Reaching it in the 38th over with 5 wickets down.
